On November 30, 2025, AGT Global held a specialized seminar with the support of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation (IMWF) and the IMWF Yakutia branch.
The seminar was led by its chief expert, Egor Innokentyevich Ermolaev, an international-category mas-wrestling referee and a recognized authority in the field of mas-wrestling officiating.

Seminar topic:
“Refereeing and Preparing Athletes for the Training Process”
As part of the seminar, an educational program for specialists in “Mas-Wrestling (Tayaqtartu) Refereeing” was presented. The program was designed for teachers, coaches, referees, and professionals working with children, students, and athletes.

The seminar program included:

• learning the fundamental principles and rules of mas-wrestling refereeing;
• reviewing officiating techniques and practicing the acquired skills;
• studying the key requirements for referees and their roles in conducting competitions;
• an overview of referee preparation for tournaments;
• theoretical sessions and practical training directly on the competition platform;
• exploring the specifics of preparing athletes for training and competition;
• practical recommendations for coaches and teachers working with athletes.

Special attention was given to combining theoretical instruction with hands-on training. This approach enabled participants not only to acquire essential knowledge but also to reinforce their skills in conditions closely resembling an actual competition.

Upon completion of the training, participants were awarded certificates confirming their attendance at the specialized seminar.

Educational initiatives of this kind help enhance the professional competence of referees and coaches, establish unified refereeing standards, and support the continued international development of mas-wrestling (tayaqtartu).
