He highlighted the university's commitment not only to preparing competitive professionals but also to supporting students' creative, cultural, and athletic development. He also emphasized the importance of such initiatives in expanding the reach of mas-wrestling.
For us, organizing seminars like this is an important step towards developing mas-wrestling in Kazakhstan.
We are committed to introducing younger generations to this dynamic sport, supporting the professional development of teachers and coaches, expanding practical training opportunities, and fostering the growth of mas-wrestling in schools, colleges, and universities.
Today, mas-wrestling is developing in many countries and continues to gain recognition in Kazakhstan. Upcoming qualifying rounds and national competitions will provide athletes with further opportunities to develop their skills and compete at higher levels.
At the conclusion of the event, school and college students took part in a guided tour of the university and had the opportunity to ask questions. Certificates were presented to the physical education teachers who participated in the seminar and workshop.
We will continue its efforts to promote mas-wrestling, strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, and encourage children and young people to embrace sports and an active lifestyle.
