Foundation of Turkic History and Culture "TURKTAV" (www.turktav.org ) deals with issues of preserving the cultural heritage of the Turkic world, cooperates with institutes and institutions of culture and education, public organizations of various countries. One of the key projects of the Foundation is the creation and operation of the International Electronic Library "OTYRAR". The purpose of the library is cooperation in preserving and enriching the documentary cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples; joint creation of a digital collection of the most outstanding and valuable publications reflecting the culture of the peoples of the Turkic countries and revealing historical roots, spiritual ties and interactions between us.
One of the important activities of the Foundation is book publishing. The Foundation is engaged in translations of works by iconic personalities of the modern Turkic world.
A special place in the Foundation's activities is the popularization of the cultural heritage of the Turkic world through exhibition activities.
A large place in the Fund is occupied by coaching technologies focused on the implementation of projects providing access to unique literary monuments, organizing the exchange of book publications, conducting joint research on the study of rare and valuable documentary artifacts, internships and professional training tours and exchange of experience.
